And I am reminded, yet again, how incredibly effective coaching is. What looks from the outside like cups of tea and conversations, is deeply powerful. I have the gratitude emails, filed away for days I need reminding what this is about:

Someone recently asked what wellness coaching is. This is what I told her.

“It’s my job to get you from where you are – physically, mentally, emotionally – to where you want to be. I don’t hand out meal plans, recipes or workouts; I give you something Google can’t – a space in which to explore what has been going on for you and why, what has held you back and how you can move past it.”

I used to work with people over six but found they were reaching their goals in three. So three it has become. At the end you’ll have the awareness, the knowledge and the tools you need to continue progressing on your own, and a solid platform on which to build new layers of transformation.
